1. Overview & Scope
Matchube Inc. ("Matchube", "we", "our", or "us") provides enterprise creator sponsorship infrastructure, automated audience valuation analytics, and escrow settlement protocols. This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, and storage of information when you access our platform, authorize analytics connections, or execute commercial agreements through our services.
2. Information We Collect
We strictly limit data collection to what is necessary for evaluating sponsorship suitability and facilitating escrow payouts:
- Public Channel Metadata: Channel title, handle, subscriber count, total video count, publication velocity, and public engagement ratios.
- Google OAuth 2.0 Authorization: When you connect your channel via Google OAuth, we receive authorized read-only tokens confirming channel ownership and verified demographic viewership tiers. We never request, access, or store your Google account password.
- Commercial Settlement Details: Routing information, digital payment addresses, and tax compliance forms necessary to disburse escrowed sponsor funds.
3. YouTube API Services & Google User Data Disclosure
Matchube uses YouTube API Services to verify channel ownership and query performance metrics. By utilizing Matchube, you acknowledge and agree that your interaction with YouTube data is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance: Matchube's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke Matchube's access to your data at any time via the Google Security Settings Permissions Page.
4. How We Use and Protect Information
Collected data is used solely to:
- Calculate objective, algorithmic CPM valuations for brand sponsorship briefs.
- Lock pre-funded commercial budgets in cryptographic escrow accounts.
- Verify automated proof-of-publication when sponsored videos go live.
- Prevent fraudulent bot traffic and protect brand partner capital.
We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade creator data to data brokers or unauthorized third parties.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain analytical metadata only as long as required to maintain commercial transaction records and comply with statutory financial audits. You may request the permanent deletion of your profile, stored analytics, and account records by contacting our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Matchube Inc. ("Platform", "we", "us") and the individual or entity accessing or using our marketplace infrastructure ("Creator", "Sponsor", or "User"). By accessing Matchube or connecting a YouTube channel, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Creator Eligibility & Channel Ownership
To participate in brand sponsorship campaigns, Creators must hold authorized ownership of an active YouTube channel that complies with YouTube Community Guidelines. Ownership verification is executed via Google OAuth 2.0 read-only authentication. Misrepresentation of channel ownership will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of escrow claims.
3. Escrow Deposit & Payout Guarantee Protocol
Matchube operates an irrevocable, pre-funded escrow infrastructure:
- Pre-Funding Requirement: Sponsoring brands must deposit 100% of agreed campaign capital into the designated Matchube Escrow Vault prior to creator production.
- Automated Release: Upon publication of the agreed integration and automated API link verification, escrowed funds are released to the Creator's verified payout account within 48 business hours.
- No Platform Take: Creators receive 100% of their agreed sponsorship compensation with zero percentage deductions from Matchube.
4. Intellectual Property & Creative Control
Creators retain 100% ownership and copyright of their video productions, channels, and brand assets. Sponsoring brands receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to reference and repurpose the specific sponsored segment for promotional purposes as specified in the individual Campaign Brief.
5. Compliance & Advertising Disclosures
All sponsored video integrations must comply with applicable advertising disclosure regulations, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guides, European Union Advertising Directives, and YouTube's Paid Product Placement policies (including enabling the "Includes Paid Promotion" checkbox).
6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with commercial arbitration rules. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
MatchAI never stops learning CPM benchmarks.
